KLM Teams Up With Locals On Facebook To Promote New Destinations

Dutch airline KLM launched a social media campaign to promote its four new flight destinations: Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, Havana and Punta Cana. The campaign on Facebook gives a resident from each city a platform to share information and local knowledge with people who might be tempted to fly there. Adrian from Buenos Aires, Luis from Havana, Olivia from Rio de Janeiro and Saskya from Punta Cana, each have their own Facebook page where they answer any questions you have about their home town, and offer tips about places to go and things to do.

Airline Teams Up With Locals On Facebook To Promote New Destinations

KLM’s own Facebook page has a ‘How Latin are you?’ section providing information about the new Latin American destinations, including photographs. There is also a quiz for users to test their knowledge and find out how Latin they are, with the chance to win two KLM tickets.
