New Dixon-Pierson loyalty program earns customers rewards to stay warm

Dixon Energy of Mountain Lakes, NJ and JW Pierson Co., of East Orange, NJ are sister companies with a shared philosophy: Good Customers Deserve Rewards. To make that more than just a concept, they jointly unveiled a new Loyalty Program where customers earn redeemable points for purchases.

Rewards points are earned for purchases of heating oil, heating propane, equipment purchases such as oil burners, and service calls. Points accumulate, so customers can bank them against future needs such as more heating fuel, equipment and installations, or the points may even be donated to charity. The program is available to automatic delivery customers in good standing at both companies.

In conjunction with the new Loyalty Program, Dixon and Pierson also unveiled a new customer log-in portal on their websites. At and at regular customers can now access their usage history, their heating oil purchases, and especially their accumulated Rewards Points!
